We Are Registered and Ready for Action
7 Oct 2026 · 3 min read

Every organisation has a first day when it moves from "we want to help" to "we are allowed to help properly." For Seeya Charitable Foundation, that day has arrived.
We are now registered as a non-profit company in Madhya Pradesh, with corporate identity number U85211MP2026NPL087432. We are also listed on the NITI Aayog DARPAN portal under ID MP/2026/1233607.
That may sound like paperwork, and it is. But paperwork is what turns good intentions into something you can trust.
Why registration matters
Anyone can say they want to help children and families. Registration is how we back that up. It means:
We have a legal identity. Our accounts, decisions and responsibilities are on record.
We can be checked. You can look up our registration number and DARPAN listing yourself. We would rather you did than took our word for it.
We are accountable. A registered body answers to regulators, to donors, and to the people it serves.
What is still pending
We would rather tell you this than let you assume it. Our 80G and 12A applications are still pending. Until they come through, we cannot promise tax benefits on donations. We will announce it on this site the day those approvals arrive, and not before.
If you want to wait for that before giving, we understand. If you would like to support us now, we are grateful. Either way, you will know exactly where we stand.
So, what happens now?
We are small and at the start. At the moment there are two of us on the team, and we have not yet raised a single rupee. We are not going to dress that up. A new foundation is a quiet room with a lot of work to do, and we think it is better to begin honestly.
Here is what comes next:
Our first projects. We'll be approaching companies and organizations for their donations under individual capacities, CSR responsibilities, and much more.
Open books. Every donation will be recorded, and every rupee will be accounted for in plain language.
Open doors. If you want to volunteer, partner with us, or ask us anything, we will answer.
How you can be part of it
Volunteer. Time and skills matter as much as money.
Donate. Any amount, in rupees, will be recorded and acknowledged. Please know that 80G benefits are not available yet.
Ask us hard questions. Write to us at seeyacfoundation@gmail.com or call +91 98930 48942.
We are registered. We are ready. Now we begin.
